The agreement for using Jabful.

Acceptance of these terms

Jabful is operated by MultiMode Labs Inc.. By downloading, accessing or using the app, or by creating an account, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Jabful.

Who can use Jabful

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. Jabful is for your own personal tracking and learning. You need an account, created with Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In, to use the app.

Jabful is not medical advice

This is the most important part of these terms. Jabful is a tracking and education tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or emergency services, and it is not a substitute for a qualified healthcare professional. Nothing in Jabful, including the library, the AI assistant's answers and any estimate or chart, tells you what to take, how much, or how often.

Estimated medication levels and trends are estimates based on published models and on what you log. They are not measurements of what is in your body and may be wrong for you. Nutrition values from meal scans and descriptions are estimates too.

Always follow your clinician's guidance and your product's labeling, and talk to a clinician before you start, stop or change anything. Never use Jabful in an emergency. If you think you are having a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services right away.

Research compounds and sourcing

The Jabful library describes approved medicines as well as compounds that are investigational or not approved for human use. Including a compound, a study or a commonly discussed combination is not a recommendation or an endorsement, and it does not mean the compound is safe, effective or legal where you live.

Jabful does not sell, supply or source any compound, and does not recommend vendors, pharmacies or suppliers. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including laws on prescriptions and on importing or possessing substances.

Your instructions and vial counts

Jabful does not calculate doses or how to prepare a medicine. You can save the instructions your pharmacy or prescriber gave you for each compound, and Jabful shows them exactly as you entered them. It does not check, convert or change them, so keep them accurate and up to date. If anything in your instructions is unclear, ask your pharmacist or prescriber.

A vial count is the number of doses you enter for a vial, counted down by one for each dose you log. It is a reminder of what you have on hand, not a measurement of what is in the vial.

AI features

Jabful's AI assistant answers questions about peptides and related research, scans meal photos and turns meal descriptions into a food log. Its output is generated by AI and can be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, even when it cites a study. Treat it as a starting point for your own reading and for conversations with your clinician, not as a conclusion.

The AI assistant is designed to give educational answers only. It will decline to give personal dosing instructions or dose calculations, or to help find or buy compounds. You agree not to try to get around these safeguards. AI features require an active subscription and have daily usage limits, and we may change the AI models or limits over time.

You are responsible for what you send to Jabful's AI features. Do not submit other people's personal information or content you do not have the right to share. These requests are processed by a third-party AI service provider, and only after you allow it in the app, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Your account and your content

Keep your Apple or Google account and your device secure, and give accurate information when you log entries. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Your records, notes and photos remain yours. You give us permission to store, sync and process them only as needed to run Jabful for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions and billing

A Jabful Pro subscription is required to use Jabful after setup, including the AI features. Jabful Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, offered yearly or monthly. There is no free trial. The price and billing period are shown in the app, in your local currency, before you buy.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
• Your subscription renews automatically at the same price and period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple Account settings in the App Store. Deleting the app or your Jabful account does not cancel it.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. We cannot issue App Store refunds ourselves.
• Discounted offers, such as an invite or one-time offer, are separate subscription options with their own price, shown before you buy. If Apple's rules require it, we will ask for your consent before any price increase.

Purchases made through the App Store are also governed by Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app, alongside these terms.

Invite codes

Each account has a personal invite code. A new account can apply one code from someone else within 7 days of signing up, once, and never its own. Invite codes have no cash value and cannot be sold. We may refuse or remove a referral discount that was obtained through abuse, such as fake accounts.

Acceptable use

When you use Jabful, you agree not to:

• Use Jabful to sell, supply, advertise or source compounds, or to give medical advice to others.
• Break the law, or help anyone else break it.
• Try to bypass the AI assistant's safeguards, subscription checks, rate limits or daily limits, for example through prompt injection or automated requests.
• Access the Jabful service other than through the official app, or scrape, copy or resell its content, including the library and food data.
• Reverse engineer, interfere with or disrupt the app or the service, or probe it for vulnerabilities without our permission. If you find a security issue, please email us.
• Upload content that is unlawful or that you do not have the right to share.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app: Settings, then Account, then Delete account. This permanently deletes your account and synced data as described in our Privacy Policy. It does not cancel your App Store subscription.

We may suspend or close your account, or limit features such as the AI features, if you break these terms, if your use puts others or the service at risk, or if the law requires it. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why. If we close your account without cause, you can contact us about the remaining period of your subscription.

Library content and third-party links

Library entries are our plain-language summaries of published research and official labeling, with citations. Summaries can contain errors and science changes, so read the original sources. Links to studies and other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

Intellectual property

The app, the Jabful brand, the library and all related content, design and software are owned by MultiMode Labs Inc. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Food data comes from USDA FoodData Central, which is in the public domain. These terms give you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the app, and no ownership rights.

Disclaimer of warranties

Jabful is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error free, that reminders will always be delivered, or that any estimate, count, nutrition value, library summary or AI answer will be accurate or complete. You use them at your own discretion.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MultiMode Labs Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of Jabful. This includes any health, treatment or purchasing decisions you make using the app. To the same extent, our total liability for any claim relating to Jabful is limited to the amount you paid for Jabful in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, or your rights as a consumer under the law where you live.

Changes to the service and these terms

We may update, change or discontinue features of the app at any time. We may also update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date shown above, and for significant changes we will give you notice before they take effect. Your continued use of Jabful after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
