Common questions

Subscribing: Jabful Pro is a yearly or monthly subscription with no free trial. The price is shown in the app before you buy.
Restoring purchases: if you switch devices or reinstall, sign in with the same Apple or Google account and tap Restore on the subscription screen.
Enabling Apple Health: grant access during onboarding or in Settings so Jabful can read and write your weight and body measurements, and write the meals and water you log.
Setting reminders: add reminder times to each compound in a protocol, and Jabful will send a calm nudge when a dose is due.
Exporting a PDF for your doctor: open Progress and tap Export to create a clean summary of your doses, metrics, and side effects.

Subscriptions and billing

To manage, change, or cancel your subscription, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Billing is handled by Apple.

Request your data or deletion

To delete your account and everything synced to it, open Jabful, tap the gear on Today, then Account, then Delete account. To ask for a copy of your data, or for deletion of data held by our analytics and attribution providers, email team@multimodelabs.com from the address you use, and we will confirm within a reasonable time.
