How to convert mg to mcg
Multiply milligrams by 1,000 to obtain micrograms. Divide micrograms by 1,000 to obtain milligrams. These are mass units: 1 mg = 1,000 mcg.
Can this convert mL or IU?
No. mL measures volume and requires a known concentration to relate it to mass. IU is substance-specific; syringe markings also depend on the device and context. There is no universal mg-to-IU conversion here.
